After you complete this form you will be contacted by the group sales department to discuss your reservation. The $12/ per person fee will be waived for museum members; please have Membership IDs on hand.
To officially confirm your reservation payment must be received 2 weeks before our scheduled visit. All group tickets will be held at the ticket counter in the North Lobby for convenient pickup.
